Our Story
Founded to serve the unique real estate needs of churches, faith communities, and non-profits, Church RE Services (aka Church Guys) was born from a calling to bring excellence, compassion, and clarity to transactions that often carry mission-critical consequences. We saw too many organizations facing compressed timelines, inadequate advice, or one-size-fits-all brokers—and we knew that ministry real estate required a different approach.
With the passing of Co-Founder Ed Cox in December 2022, an irreplaceable part of the team was ushered into Heaven to meet his Maker. The knowledge and experience Ed provided from the inception of Church Guys lives on in the new company name… InVision, Inc. est. 2024, where we strive to serve our ministry clients “in His Vision” as we ask how Christ is using them to build His church. Co-Founder Heather Gapik carries on the tradition of church leadership while bringing a BS degree in Finance from Cal State University Fullerton, years of real estate knowledge and strong community ties.
