Heather Gapik, Partner / Co‑Founder
Heather grew up in North Orange County and worked in the Finance and Investment sector, specializing in wealth management and client education, until she and Aaron (friends since 7th grade) decided to team up in real estate knowing God would use her passion for leading and educating people and expertise in investing to guide ministries in Christ honoring ways.
Heather’s philosophy: She believes every square foot of church-owned property is a sacred trust—not just a building, but a ministry asset—meant to honor God, serve the community, and fund the mission for generations. She is passionate about educating pastors and boards like financial advisors educate clients, translating complex market data into God-honoring, mission-advancing strategies—whether that’s monetizing underused property, relocating wisely, or structuring partnerships that protect the church’s calling while building sustainable income.
