Ed Cox has been working with investors for over 40 years. As a commercial agent Ed has assisted clients in all sectors of investment properties Multifamily, industrial, retail centers and land acquisition for development.

With his experience in commercial real estate and his passion for serving churches Ed made the transition to ministry related real estate.

In 2007 Ed started to work on a replacement site for a local church in Placentia. The church had been at its site for over 50 years and needed a much larger space. The experience proved to be challenging as well as gratifying. Listing and selling the property was a familiar exercise but looking for a replacement property was a challenge. The idea of putting a church in an industrial or office building was a learning experience. He was able to close on an industrial building after being granted a Conditional Use Permit from the city of Brea. Since that time Ed has worked with dozens of churches in all areas of Southern California. Whether the need is for a larger facility or downsizing he finds working with churches very enjoyable. Whether buying or selling, there is a relationship built with each new church body.

Ed has lived in Southern California all his life. He and his wife Margaret have been married for over 35 years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.
